Mike Forte has designed a brand new TREMEC TR-3550/TKO shifter specifically for console applications (and many others). 68 Corvettes, 69 Camaros, 64 Impalas, 66 Chevelles, 65 Nova, 55-7 Chevy, trucks, virtually all years of GM cars!

Designed especially for a direct stock 4sp replacement, this shifter will work great in nearly all early GM vehicles.

The 16.75” custom shifter relocates the shifter bar to be 16.75" from the bellhousing, right where the Muncie's shifter bar is located on most early GM cars. There are 2 options, centered in the tunnel, and 2" offset (i.e. for pre '68 consoles, etc). The 2” offset shifter can also be installed at the 19.5” location, which is great for the C2/C3 Corvettes, etc. The 2” offset version is currently available also!
